Lesley Pugh
Lesley has worked with a wide range of organisations
in different market sectors; pharmaceuticals; chemicals;
insurance; public sector; charities; distribution and
manufacturing and has worked extensively with differing
functions delivering highly effective team building,

coaching and counselling. She is qualified in range of

Niki Pountney
Niki has over 23 years' training and development
experience working across a diverse section of industries.
In the last 17 years as a self-employed professional
she has focused primarily on designing and delivering
Leadership, Customer Service and Change Management
solutions to meet specific customer needs. Niki applies
real examples and work based situations to ensure
learning is transferred from workshop to workplace
and develops strong relationships built on trust.
Passionate about providing a positive learning experience
through activity, discussion and exercises she is constantly
looking for flexible and practical opportunities for learning
which can be applied immediately. She is enthusiastic,
encouraging and her workshops are highly participative.
Niki is a qualified counsellor, NLP practitioner and has
a Diploma recognised by the Association for Coaching
in Performance Coaching. She has a certificate in
Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy and is currently
studying Hypnosis at Diploma level. Niki is SHL qualified
(Level A & B) in psychometric testing.
