ASF were asked to work with the FSS on building management and leadership capability, building interpersonal and intrapersonal capability and helping to deliver our commercial awareness programme.
The supporting consultant approached the project as though a permanent member of the team and continuously added value across OD, HR and the internal client base. ASF were extremely flexible in approach, highly focused on delivering to timescales and consistently worked beyond the immediate remit.
My experience of working with ASF is that they are professional, diverse in their experiences, capabilities and skills and their approach to work is purposeful, dynamic, fast paced and fun! Feedback from internal customers was positive on all accounts.
